- Tell us which build you are on. Open ⋯ → About StageScore in the Library and include the version and build number in your message. It saves a round trip.
- A Bluetooth pedal does nothing: pair it in your device's system Bluetooth settings first. StageScore reads it as a keyboard, so the pedal must be in keyboard mode.
- Moving to a new device: use ⋯ → Backup on the old one and Restore on the new one. The backup is a single ZIP holding your scores, annotations, bookmarks, labels, and setlists.
- Lost work: restoring a backup replaces the whole library and cannot be undone, so keep the ZIP until you have confirmed the new device looks right.
